Time to Cull the quail

Since it looks like winters fast approaching I decided to cull the flock to a more manageable size. Culled 21 Coturnix today. Good eating but thats to many birds to do at one time.

I culled 10 not too long ago by myself hubby watched from in the house, he said i looked like a psyco pathic murderer after I just went on a rampage (one of the birds flapped and I didnt have ahold of it and got blood all over my hands....gah.

Coturnix quails are m. m mmmmm!

I may be culling my numbers down again soon, I think i left too many males in the pen, i got to sort through them AGAINN..lol
