Timed coop door

Anyone ever seen or designe a coop door that closes at a certain time of day?

I'm not thinking thats a good idea so chickens get bullied and pushed out of the coop untill you put them in. So you would still have to go out and check, Does it stop closing if something is in the way?

Well, so far I haven't had the problem of anyone getting pushe out. Since I don't close until dark I was thinking it could close at dark. Of course you would have to allot plenty of time(extra 30 min.) Just thinking out loud. Sometimes we go out of town and have to leave the girls pen open. My parents are elderly and I don't want to risk them falling when it is dark to close them in.
