timing - baby chickie daddy?

How many days after the "bad rooster" leaves, would I have to wait to be assured that eggs could have only been fertilized by the remaining "good daddy rooster"? Thanks ya'll!

From what I've read about chicken reproduction, hens can store sperm for 2 weeks.
