timing of candling

i candled my turkey eggs at 72 hours and they just look clear to me. what is the ideal time to candle after starting incubation?

most try not to candle for 10 days. Its really hard to see any development before that. @ 10 days there is a very easy to see difference between clear eggs and those that are developing.
