Tiny Bantam sized eggs

I have 2 black chickens that I purchased together they were in the same brooder, one turned out to be a Bantam GLW and the other I’m not sure what she is but she lays tiny eggs. The shells are all in good condition there not soft or see through there good eggs just tiny and to me she seems to be about the same size as the other birds her head is a little different smaller I guess but could she be a Bantam? And I forgot her floppy comb is this normal or bad in anyway? If so what do I do?

She looks like a pretty black sex link to me. Did she just start laying?

Looks like a mixed breed. Eggs should slowly enlarge the longer she lays. Some hens just lay smaller eggs than others
