Tiny Bantam stumped about which breed?

I cannot figure out which breed she may be? She is still young and growing in adult feathers. She almost sounds like she beeps. Other than chirps and is very sweet. She is the only bantam out of my new start, will she continue to be ok with regular sized chickens (she has been raised with them)
