just went back out to check- so far she’s still alove and looks like she’s drying out! You can’t see well in the pic but I didn’t want to disturb Billie and make her get up

Help!! The kids went out and found her outside of the nest again and she has this injury.
I don’t know what I can put on it but I’m moving her inside in a brooder
