Tiny egg

We have six hens in our city flock. Four black australorps, 1 EE/Barred mix, and a red mix. We started getting eggs about two weeks ago. This morning I retrieved these three. Is the tiny egg a symptom of a problem or just a new layer? Thanks in advance

Most likely it's a new layer. Pretty color!! However, sometimes in the first few weeks of laying even pullets who have given medium sized eggs can have a hitch in the assembly line, which is also normal, and give you a teeny egg! But you are probably looking at a new layer joining the ranks of those paying their rent.
