Definitely not pure Turken. Looks like he has a lot of Serama in him. You must remember, the naked necked gene is dominant, so its easy to introduce into other breeds when crossing. Still, that's a tiny fella!

He is by far the smallest in my collection. I used to own a 10 ounce serama but last year my goat broke my pen and my dogs ate him

Definitely half serama or more., look at the chest on him. He could be Charles Atlas or the former governor of Cal-ee-fornia. He must win alot of chest bumps.

Well, I saw his pics on the serama thread and was disappointed to see some people saying they thought he was ugly. I am not a fan of the naked neck look but I think he's adorable in a quirky unreal kind of way so

Yeah I saw those comments too. Even though hes different looking I think hes adorable. His personality is awesome. He thinks hes 10 foot tall and 200 pounds. He drops from a height like hes trying to make noise! He loves to be held too.
