Pretty certain that's tapeworm larvea and body segments.

The round things, I don’t know about, but the white tubular things if moving, look like the tapeworm segments in this good video:

If they were indeed tapeworms and moving, you will need to use praziquantel, which is in Equimax horse paste, Zimectrin Gold, or Droncit tablets.
