Tipped hen & she threw up ???

I was getting one of my hens off the roost the other night and I accidentally tipped her head toward the ground. When this happened, she threw up watery stuff. Does this mean she's sick or do they just do that if you tip them?

If they just drank water, they can do that. Just keep an eye on her. She's probably fine.
