tips for helping a chicken who is always pissed off???

My sister lives in Salisbury NC, she's been after me for years to sell and get up there, find a 2 acre place, and live in the country like i always wanted to. I may yet do that after retirement, God Willing! Kept my children busy in FFA and 4H several years, I thoroughly enjoyed those times, my Niece was in FFA her AG teacher was Gaylon Parton, family to Dolly Parton, we'd drive up to Tennessee every year and pick up spring Lambs, and Limousine cattle, steers, for the students projects, Good Times those were!
oh thats so cool!!! lots of the rural parts of my city aint much for the fancy agricultural schooling lots of folks just grew up to inherit small produce/small animal farms kinda thing course there are of course other parts of the state that are a lot more serious about it all tho nmsu from what i hear has a p good ag course its funny how i live in a city like an actual full blown tall ass buildings and stroads but you can walk like a block or two down the street in near enough any neighborhood and find someone selling hay or randomly encounter someones chicken in the street course we got ordinances for roosters but those practically disappear once youre far enough away from the city center

LOL....oh I see, and I completely understand, my youngest son has been talking to me about setting up something similar at the ranch with the animals we have, which are the chickens and
horses, to help young children with autism, ADHD he has long time friends that are licensed clinical therapists in those fields as well, however there is so much red tape and bureaucracy in the set up process, make ones head spin, chickens, horses, the life style thats my medicine, city boy turned country...I wasn't born into it, but think i can keep up with the best of em!
yea id imagine lol our setup is a little less difficult where i work i think because its a treatment center for addiction there arent very many guidelines around those in every state and setting one up (for better or worse) can be pretty easy

one course Id gladly take is the Farriers course, Im actually looking to see where they are offered, the cost, and what the time line is for that type of course, could've saved a bunch of $$$ had I done this earlier. only interested in trimming or shoeing my own horses, and maybe my neighbors.
