oh thats so cool!!! lots of the rural parts of my city aint much for the fancy agricultural schooling lots of folks just grew up to inherit small produce/small animal farms kinda thing course there are of course other parts of the state that are a lot more serious about it all tho nmsu from what i hear has a p good ag course its funny how i live in a city like an actual full blown tall ass buildings and stroads but you can walk like a block or two down the street in near enough any neighborhood and find someone selling hay or randomly encounter someones chicken in the street course we got ordinances for roosters but those practically disappear once youre far enough away from the city centerMy sister lives in Salisbury NC, she's been after me for years to sell and get up there, find a 2 acre place, and live in the country like i always wanted to. I may yet do that after retirement, God Willing! Kept my children busy in FFA and 4H several years, I thoroughly enjoyed those times, my Niece was in FFA her AG teacher was Gaylon Parton, family to Dolly Parton, we'd drive up to Tennessee every year and pick up spring Lambs, and Limousine cattle, steers, for the students projects, Good Times those were!
