Tips on a great brooder for me!?

Here is my brooder for their first 2 weeks. We have a thermometer in it to regulate the proper temperature.

Those look great! My "main" brooder has a thermostat, but is not marked in degrees (either F or C). So I tried to get it as close to 90F as I could. When they outgrow this brooder, I'll move half of them to another one and hope that works until I can move them all to their coop.

As soon as they got their feathers you should be able to move to coop I built this 4 x 2 in hopes that in about 2 to 3 weeks they'll be ready for coop I checked temp and the room temp is between 84-86dehrees underneath lamp is 110 and not too far away is 97 which is where the chicks love to be most of time

Since the heat lamp goes on and off with the thermostat control, the chicks roam about a good bit. Also, I have a "divider" in the brooder that blocks the heat lamp, but doesn't go all the way to the floor, so they are able to get under it with no problem. If the lamp stays on too long they can go to the other "compartment," since I have food and water in both compartments.
