Hatching time brooder?

Has anyone ever used hatching time brooder with automatic feeder, waterers and heater? Looking for something I can start inside, clean easily, and then save for any future henspital needs. Older flock in theory mareks positive. So need to keep newly vaccinated babies away from older ones dander as long as I can. Have made brooder boxes in past. But this seems to eliminate lot of pain of raising chicks.
