Tips on introducing a new rooster to the flock

We recently got a new silkie rooster for our flock. We have another silkiest hen, another bantam hence, and two bantam roosters. At first, the chickens were pretty mean to the new guy, but now they basically ignore each other. Does anyone have any social chicken tips for me??

Picking on each other is normal process of figuring out the pecking order. However, if you have now 3 roosters, you'll likly want to pick one and rid of the rest for two reasons. 1) Fighting of the boys when they are mature. 2) Damage of over mating of the hens from multiple roosters. Usually you want 6-12 hens per rooster.
