Hey there!
As Im clueless I thought maybe you have another idea what's going on or what I might oversea:

One of our hens seems to be not very well. She is generally shy and pretty anxious and likes to keep a little distance to most of the other chicken, but lately she is just laying in the grass or on the ground, sleeping. Usually its a challenge to catch her, but at the moment she doesn't even really react and lets me do without any resistance. She feels somewhat lightweight, too (not too much though, but I think she used to be at least a little heavier).
When I offer her food and water, she eats and drinks a little, yet her crop is always empty (it feels a little bouncy, somewhat between watery and spongy, if that makes any sense). She does not have bad breath nor have I found any signs of parasites on her (also checked the barn). I also couldn't see any wounds. She hasn't been laying for a while, but I couldn't feel any egg that has been stuck or whatsoever.
She looks a little pale, her eyes are clear and she breathes normally.
Over the last days I used to gave her some chicken-vitamin-complex (B, A, D, E and C) yet today she doesn't even got out of the barn with the others. I have no clue what's going on with her, but would really really like to help her, so I thought maybe you have an idea what I could do for her or what could be wrong with her.
As I said, she is really apathetic and doesn't move much (yet when she does, it looks smooth, no limp or whatsoever).
Maybe you have an idea. The other chicken are doing well!
Thank you very much and the kindest regards, Liesa

ps: I´ll add a picture of her later!

Welcome To BYC

How old is your hen?

With her not laying eggs in a while she may have a reproductive disorder. Sadly, peritonitis, cancer, salpingitis and similar issues can be common in laying hens. Some hens may feel a bit bloated or have fluid in the abdomen so check that out.
I would check to make sure that watery/spongy crop is empty first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink - if it's still the same, then begin treating her for sour crop.
