Could you try to get some pics of the saddle area on your lav orp? Looks a bit suspicious. Assuming the white one is a white leghorn, she'll probably lay pretty soon.

Lav is a cockerel. Your Leghorn doesn't look close to laying yet, combs get bright red and big a little bit before laying.
