I'd just gotten used to the nice egg supply from the LAST LAYING HEN OUT OF FOUR. I thought I was getting an egg every two days. But she's just gone broody on what I can see as 10 eggs. How the HECK did she manage to hide those?!

She has gone broody 2 times before, the first time she abandoned them at day 11 and the second time due to human error lasted 25 days with a 0% hatch rate again. I am seriously considering taking her eggs. Or, better yet, replacing them with some quail ones

Now, why on earth am I suddenly the broody magnet?

I can't really blame the pulleticians for this one, right?
