To cold for button quail?

Since i keep button quail outside inside a shed would they be fine if I removed their heating plate? Would they be warm enough for them in a shed? Our weather rarely goes below 32 f. Do you think they would be fine without extra heat? They are fully feathered adult button quail.
 
You could get a thermostat and see the temp in the shed. Why not just leave the heat on for them?
Because i have several enclosures for the button quail but only one heat plate so I have to put all of them cramed into one enclosure with the heat plate.
 
This is one of many. You can Google "small space heater" and find one that fits your budget a bit.
