To drafty?

When my chickens become teenagers before I build a coop I want to use a really big bunny cage made of chicken wire until I'm able to build a coop. Would that be to drafty? What should I do to fix it?

Your birds will NOT be safe in chicken wire outside! Draft won't kill them, but predators will. They must have a safer coop; could you set something up in a garage or shed? Build fast and safe, the first time. Mary
