Good look'in birds there Hooligan. Have you weighed your birds at 5 weeks? Mine will be 4 weeks monday and are average'in 6 OZ. I dont know if thats on track or not, my first birds... I am having 5 week olds laying eggs, 6 week olds at 13-14 ounces...mutants I tell ya! LOL

Bill you are going to see another growth spurt starting at 5 weeks, hopefully.
I do, that's why I don't weigh until they are 6 weeks old. But then I don't care to just piss my birds off because I'm bored.

I almost weighted my 2 weekers though. man those are chubby little things. Guess I wasn't THAT bored.

And, I've had some days where I've had SEVEN eggs from six girls & FOUR eggs from 3 girls in a 20 hour period. I know they were in a 20 hour period because I'd checked their little pens thoroughly the evening before.
