To Help or Not To Help?

Wayne&Kim1963 :

turn membrane wrong side don't let him kick it off he will bleed. Then take all egg white and poo away from cords use blow dryer DO not break cords or let him kick them broken and then take white thread and tie around them in knot. 2 ties to make tight knot. do this twice on cord and cut it closer to egg not baby. Tie will be on baby side so he does not bleed. Then blow dry baby. I always peel off all egg shells off of membrame then turn wrong side and put baby's feet on outside of it on towel. Give myself table lamp so i can see what I am doing. By tying it off you make it to where he can't bleed to death

What do you mean by, "turn membrane wrong side"?

Thanks.

Have membrame where blood vessells out to dry. When drying blood heading to baby like he needs. Chicks legs on outside, membrane close to him so cords don't break. and folding it white going under and blood side out so can dry by blow dryer running and you have to have your hand by him to tell temp so not to get chick too hot

Will give you time to get white gel and hatch stuff carefully dabbed away from cords with paper napkin or paper towel so you can tie them off. More blood out of membrame to chick stronger he is. Then I give them drinks of sugar water or electrolyte water with some sugar added for strength leave them in incubator or strong chicks in box will step on them. Leaving them in incubator till strong after hatched.

The baby is already out and doing great, but thanks

Yes, please. If they are posted somewhere I can get them from the post.

Did they all hatch? How they doing? Humidity WAS low..I learned that the hard way, VERY IMPORTANT FOR TEMP & HUMIDITY TO BE RIGHT & STEADY!! ~ In The Posts, "duckyfromoz" & "The Duck ABC's" really know their stuff. Listen to what they might think
