I have gone thru search and page after page looking for some answers, I put saddles on both of my ladies that the roo seems to love the most Now the sadles have come off, and no feathers, and esp josephine's back really looks red, can't separate the roo from the hens, to many dogs in area.I'm at my wit's end on what to do . If anyone has any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you gotta keep the saddles on or get rid of the roo/get more girls. Or get a different roo who isn't as heavy of a mater.
