Good day all,
I am new to raising my own chickens, and am having trouble figuring out whether I have an Ameraucana Roo or not. I have tried to do my own extensive searching prior to asking, but am having trouble finding clear and definite differences in pictures between roos and pullets when it comes to Ameraucanas.
I am truly hoping to have it turn out to be a pullet, but am seeing some indicators that have me leaning towards the other direction in my opinion. I am mainly curious about my splash Ameraucana, and whether it is a roo or a pullet. It looks to be showing some sickle-like tail feathers growing out, but I am still a greenhorn when it comes to chickens. I wouldn't necessarily mind it turning out to be a roo, as then I would have the capability to try and rear up some olive eggers (another hopeful addition when able to find locally) myself by allowing the cross with my BCM, or BLRW. I have yet to see any precious eggs from any, but that should be coming very shortly.

I am also curious about a couple others in my starter flock, minus my silkies. The blue silkie is already quite the noise maker in the mornings, albeit being the smallest one of the flock when they were all purchased together. Here are some pictures of the group, as well as the main culprit in question. If anyone might be able to assist me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance, and look forward to any help possibly provided!
