To worm or not to worm?

As a follow up to my post regarding Rooster Booster products:
After having used the Multi-Purpose Wormer along with the Poultry Booster feed supplement and the Liquid B12, I am happy to report I already see a marked improvement in my flock within the past 2 weeks.
My egg production had dropped, the quality of the eggs had dropped (pale) and the pullets were picking feathers and eating them. All because I had incorporated to much chopped corn in their diet thinking I was doing them a favor. Duh!
I ordered these products on line directly from Rooster Booster. My 11 month old pullets now act and look like they should. Egg production has picked up dramatically and the eggs are beautiful now.

Thanks for the update, Yogiman. Glad to hear things got better for you. I didn't realize too much corn was bad for chickens!
Love this forum....

What's the story about eating eggs after worming? I hear that you can't eat them. For how long do you need to toss the eggs?

This is what I learned regarding eating eggs after worming:
Most all worm medications require that you toss the eggs for 7 to 10 days.
In selecting the Rooster Booster multipurpose wormer that was one of my criteria. According to their instructions you do not have to toss the eggs. They also state that their product is the only one on the market approved by the FDA.
