Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
The one with a shut eye.It might not be,but it's eyes are shut and it is leaning it head over.Is it energetic as the other chick.He needs to be outside a couple of times a day,and feed him something with vitaminC.Let me know if he acts sluggish or anything like that.
