Toby is acting unlike Toby!

Toby my chocolate runner duckling is acting different.
He is being raised by my bantam columbian plymouth rock hen with 4 other same age duck siblings.
He is 2 weeks old.
He is twisting his neck around and stumbling a little.
He is being raised with 14 chickens all together.
We think he swallowed a very long piece of chickweed or got stepped on by human or large chicken.
The siblings and ma are not aggressive and the chickens are very sweet to the ducklings.
We have a composter in their area. Could he have eaten something to large from it?
He is pooping, chirping, and running.
Any help appreciated.

Toby is better. He has wry tail and he is a runt. But he is lots better!
Thank you for checking on him. He is picked on but not badly.
He is not the youngest but he is definitely the tiniest.
