If you guys would have only said this sooner, I would have told the chickens they had to stay home and I would have room in the family wagon to pick yall up.
If it makes you feel any better, I did go out and plead with the chickens to stay home but they wouldn't "bawk on it", said they weren't giving up their seat.

WOW! I've never seen that htread before, duh!! The beefed up introductions is a good idea, maybe stating where you live and a general what you do is probably a good idea for conversations. We have the nametags, not huge ones though, lol! We also have some games planned and lots of fun give aways...ya'll please refer to the other thread to for more info......

TODAY!!!! TODAY!!!! TODAY!!!! OUR MEETING IS TODAY!!!!

Sure everyone was serious about coming and really makes the effort, it will be worth it!! Golden Corral at noon in Raleigh, New Bern Avenue....meet/eat/greet at noon and about 2:00 swap/sell chickens (several folks are joining us just for the swap/sell so look forward to seeing them around 2:00 in the adjacent parking lot)...WRAL..if you are coming to cover our story, feel free to come inside Golden Corral durig our meal...we'll be the loud ones...otherwise youcanjoin us for our swap/sale afterward...really looking forward to this event that's been several months in the planning...yeah, finally here!!! Drive safely everyone..bring enough cages for all the great chickens you want...be cautious about handling all the chickens folks bring so they don't go to new homes with germs they aren't used to dealing with...plan a 30 day quarantine from your other chickens so that your new ones can build their own resistances and also not share germs with your existing flock...bring any extra boxes and tape you might have to help out the buyers that forget theirs...bring your cameras...bring enough cash to cover your meal and your chickens....bring your smile and fun attitudes!!!!
