As long as they have not pipped you can take a bowl of warm water and place the egg in it. If it sinks to the bottom it's supposed to be a sign that it is no good, (the air cell has already evaporated). If it floats (you have to let it sit a minute to really be able to tell) AND you see it wiggle, (not just bobbing from the surface tension) you know that it is still alive.

I did the water test and nothing moved.... I candled this AM on day 23 and saw no movement heres some pics I took of just two of my 9 eggs....
