Today was a BIG day!

Ok... as of today, all chickens are out of the house! No more little peeps at night.

I moved all my tween chicks out with the juvis/teens. There are like 20 tweens and only 6 juvis, so they have plenty of chick power. But I still put a feeder and a waterer near where they are huddled. They don't know what to do with themselves yet.

I moved the Silkies into their run. Well, actually, they are not in their Silkie House yet, but they are in a dog kennel attached to a run. Tomorrow we are building the run for their house. And a little house for the run they are in now. I may move my tweens into this run tomorrow.

The Silkies are such little evilies! And goofy to boot.

I moved my Broodie hen into the brooder.

And I moved my smallest chicks into the outside brooder.

SO! Progress is being made!

Of all my chickens, they are the weirdest. They don't ACT like other chickens. They are scared of me. Mean to the other chicks. Goofy beyond belief. They won't go into their house at night. And then when they do go in their house, they won't come out in the day.
