My three bantams was laying everyday until Agnus went broody, now she's stolen their eggs plus hers to set on so no ones laying. Is that normal?

Geez, I don't know. When my Favs went broody, it didn't seem to affect the other girls. Of course they weren't sitting on any eggs either.

Today the low was 29, the high was 34 and I got 8 eggs. One less than the day before when the low was 9.

Now have two broody hens on one nest! 13 eggs and both hens are on them together! So funny to see! But have got 7 from 9 hens today!

They just don't like the hot weather when they are wearing their winter coats!
