Toddlers are Quackers

:love Love you anyway. Sanity is relative. I have walked that tightrope.
Sanity isn’t a relative of mine!

I'm just at the end of my tether today folks :hit

It's one of those, I can't stay at home with this kid another day. :(

I know it will get better.

So as I was typing the above, I started to cry a bit and my son came downstairs into the room.
"Is mommy sad? I know, I give her a hug"
So he gave me a hug
"Now you all bettah!"
"No sweetie, I'm still feeling sad. I would feel better if you you listened to me"
"Mmmm, I know, I give mommy a kiss"
Gives me a snot-filled kiss
"Now she all bettah!"

Ok, fine.

Duckling was fine until lunch. She asked for shells and cheese. She played instead of eating. I brought her to the table, and she complained it was still steaming. I pointed out that it was totally cold. She took one bite, and decided she wasn’t hungry. The battle began. It ended after an hour. She sometimes makes this hideous face, and I want to punch the aunt that taught it to her. I told her to go take her nap. She won. No food.

It is ok. She will eat when she gets hungry. I thought you only had her on weekends?

She didn’t want to get dressed, so we went outside without changing.
I am used to her bringing the trash can from the road to the garage. What surprised me was her knowing exactly where to put it by the highway.
We went for a walk, and played. Then I realized that the dog had poop stuck to his bottom. :sick
I did my best to clean him outside. He was then kind enough to get it on the futon, clean comforter, pillow and rug before I got him into the tub. I’m hoping it hasn’t been there for a while. I will have to check the whole house.
