Toddlers are Quackers

The neighbors had more than 40 unfixed cats. They said it was mean. And they said that the poop was good fertilizer (how can you be so... Never mind.) .
Eventually, animal control took all but eight that had to be fixed. They have more now. Not fixed.
That's just wrong!! Usually when animal control takes animals they ban you from adding more, don't they? Can you call Animal Control and let them know?

I have a neighbor now that seems to be doing the same with small dogs. They have at least 20 of them. Our fence between our yard and theirs is starting to tip (it's a steep hill). Every once in a while we have 1 or 2 show up and try unsuccessfully to get into our coops. It hasn't happened for a while, so we hoping they are keeping a better handle on the numbers.
When we lived in Jersey, the woman across the road would invite me over for coffee. I don't know what she put in it, but I couldn't handle more than two

A LOT of feral cats were someone's pet that either got dumped, or got lost. For years, there was a feral cat living in my neighborhood. We tried to trap her to get her neutered, but she was too smart. But, we took every litter of kittens she had and adopted them out. She eventually died. Over the years I kept 2 of her kittens.

The biggest problem is irresponsible pet owners that don't fix their animals. Where i live now, there are several vets that will spay or neuter any feral animal you bring to them. Yes, they release them back to where they found them once they heal. Feral cats usually don't live very long due to natural predators, they don't need humans to kill them.
If I wanted a cat to take care of then I would get a cat to take care of. I don't want to take care of somebody else's cat that they didn't want. I don't want there cat killing small animals on my property. I enjoy watching the little rabbits and birds doing natural things, not getting stalked by an un-natural predator.

I could. I'm not that stupid. I didn't call last time, but they made my life heck until they found out who did!
