many parents are guilty of this distraction, it is a horrible sage we are raising children in, but what can we doI am about to offend a lot of people. It is my opinion, and it is something I am very guilty of.
I don't understand how you can be on the internet while your young child is awake. I have been doing it for about a year. It is the way I deal with the panic of my situation. I won't smoke or drink with her around, so this is what I do. But I feel horrible about it. She has my attention at all times out of the corner of my eye. If she wants me, I put the phone down. She is welcome to sit in my lap, and point to the pictures we post. But is she not potty trained because I am not hounding her about it? Does she not play with play doh and paint because I am too lazy? I say it is because she is so young, and this stuff isn't for babies (Play doh is only now for her age). Is that just an excuse? Why can't she pull her pants down easily by herself? Should she know calculus already?

lol, i like charles because i think of the actor from general hospital, i like stephen tooI absolutely love my new coffee maker. The old one was so tiny and lightweight. It didn't seem "permanent". This one fills the space, and it is tall, dark and handsome. His name is ... Hmmm... There was a guy named Charles that fit that description, He was a body builder. Then there was the guy I was seeing before I got married. Ken. He was a big, sweet guy. Had a lot of .. Well, for all of his attributes, maybe not him either.
Stephen! No. No. Hmmmmmmmmmm....
lolWestley! It conjures up positive images. My coffee machine's name is Westley!
Okay, so Westley has many positive attributes. He looks right in my kitchen. He draws the eye to his majestic presence. He is easy to read, and there is no guess work. I have taken the time to get to know him, and he and I are in sync. One of the best things is that he doesn't spill all over. His carafe pours nicely into my cup. My old carafe was odd. You had to tilt the carafe on its side towards you as you poured. I thought I was just an idiot until my sister was visiting, and had the same problem.
He is in my house, and a major part of my life. He makes me happy, fulfills my wants and needs. I can tell him I love him, and know it is safe. Yup! I named him!You named your coffee machine??![]()

Don't your birds have names?
You don't like "moo"ing?
Never got into General Hospital. Joe is not a name I have ever thought of as meaningful. Cap for cappuccino maybe. But Westley...Oh, I love my Westley.
My brother was Stephen, and the other two are not as perfect as Westley. Even though I think very much of both of them,
And now I am grinning like an idiot.![]()
Yeeees... But a coffee pot isnt alive.
