Years ago, the cable box blew up. I thought it was an outlet next to this one, but maybe not. I swore that outlet completely fried, and no longer worked though.

Abi. There's a very loose wire inside that outlet. It's an easy fix but the breaker will need to be turned off to do so. Could you send me pictures?
