Because she was not with me.
She is JUST now asleep. It took more tears (and "Apple Loves Me this I Know"

) to get her to lay down, followed by "Rocka Bye Baby" about six times to get her to stay calm. She has never been this bad when skipping a nap.

I hope this never happens again! I know she will miss naps. But this level of misery (for her) is not something we should have to deal with.
