Toddlers are Quackers

Sorry MC! You must feel like ripping your hair out sometimes. Makes me glad all my family & in laws all live really far away!

:hide Worse. When I can't take life anymore, I cut my hair off. Since I cut my hair myself, I have been known to cut it at two in the morning. And, no. I do not donate it. The only reason I have hair still, is because I can't remember where I put my haircutting scissors. I was actually looking for them today.

I am not sure how anyone can take living in the same state, let alone town as their family. I have a sister and brother that live close to each other, but rarely see each other. When they do, it is only for a couple of hours. When I say close, I mean they are an hour or so apart.
:D I may have a big family, but we do not believe in being in each other's hair.

Funny story. I have a drake named JoJo. For some reason, he will go to bed when you tell him to. I mentioned earlier today that I was worried about his daughter not wanting to socialize with the other ducks. Somehow, the coop door got shut after the chickens were inside. If you don't have ducks, you do not know that they stay outside longer than the chickens. I am not sure why all four ducks were outside together. I kept trying to herd them inside, but they kept walking away from the door. Finally, I told JoJo to go to bed. He did, and the other three were more willing to go in. :he I wish I had thought of doing that sooner. But, who really thinks about a bird that does what it's told?

My parents live next door. My mother makes my poor husband crazy, but they mean well, and aren't petty. My husband's parents are hard for me to read, they can get really cryptic with the whole passive aggressive behavior. I feel pretty lucky overall.

My hair would turn out better if I cut it at 2am. I cut it at 9am last week (pre-coffee) & butchered it bad.

I've only got one duck, Miss Mako Mori & I love her dearly. She's always the last to go to bed too. I don't think she likes that the chickens all roost without her.
