She needs to go back to sleep. She only went to bed at nine. Besides, she is not a crier. Crying means she is tired.

Does she know she's supposed to go back to sleep?

Good morning

I am (still) at work, evidently the emergency medicine gods did not check my schedule to let me go home when I was supposed to....oh, well...
Another 45 minutes of paperwork and then I get to actually start my day's plans....

I walked through an open space of the run, and let the flock out. The lucky rooster figured out how to get out, and the others began rushing back to the coop. Suddenly a few girls found the hole, and almost everyone went out. Then there was the remainder of the teens (2 ducks, poult and 2 SPR) and two hens. They stood by the door waiting. I finally walked out and opened the door. They then went and walked out an open panel.

I wonder how much Duckling is going to help today? I just keep seeing her working in my mind. Pulling that rake with all her might.

They make toddler gloves, but I don't own any. I don't think winter mittens will work well. Oh well!
Did you know they make play and real toddler oven mitts? I almost missed that one set was play. Ironically, they cost more than real ones.
