Cooking Duck with Duckling
I used half an onion, and three apples. Two small Gala and a large Golden Delicious. I skipped the red wine because I was using so much apple. It would have added flavor, but I had more than enough liquid! ("It" was changed to "he" by autocorrect. )
I wrapped it in foil, and I am cooking it @325 for about three hours.
