ever tried Cumberland sauce with duck? Also great with lamb. As long as roast potatoes are involved its all good imo

Cumberland sauce is a fruit sauce, usually used on non-white meats, such as venison, ham, and lamb. Coming out of the long-standing medieval tradition of piquant spicy fruit sauces rendered sharply sour with verjuice or vinegar and served with meat.

There is the silence of a great hatred,
And the silence of a great love,
And the silence of a deep peace of mind,
And the silence of an embittered friendship,
There is the silence of a spiritual crisis,
Through which your soul, exquisitely tortured,
Comes with visions not to be uttered
Into a realm of higher life.

When I moved before my junior year, I had a class. A class that I barely remember because it was so mind numbing. I class that I excelled at.
We had to rewrite "Silence" by Edgar L Masters. I blew the teacher away. I mean, he actually wrote, "AA+! Wow!" on the paper. Then he read it to the class, and put it on some bulletin board in the school. They were easy to impress there apparently. I also remember that paper was the last time the teacher acknowledged me. I told him what a jerk he was after class. Now, he asked for it, but I probably should have .... Nah. He was a jerk.
