I would. Look it up, but I don't think rabies carries through the meat. I thought ChickenCanoe posted about that.

I figured it I freeze her for about a month it should be ok plus he has his rabid shot

Yes but if the dead birds are coverd with saliva from a rabid dog the dog (or person) eating the salivia has mucous membranes in direct contact with the virus.
