So my toddler has taken to waking up in the morning and removing his diaper.

It's the most fun when when he's pooped...

I shoved my rugrats outside all day with no diaper on when that started happening. They quickly got tired of wet pants and learned to use the potty without me cleaning up 4,000 puddles.
(Don't call CPS on me. It was summer, and I was outside with them.)

I am all for naked butts outside. Duckling still won't tell me she is wet. Funny since she is now dry even at night. Not surprising since she is wearing diapers and drinking bottles elsewhere.

Here's the kicker; we have a little potty in his room. He will sometimes sit on it after he takes his poopy diaper off

Yes! I've planned on doing this for a really long time. But, well, it's snowing outside right now...so I'm going to hold off for a bit.
