Toddlers are Quackers

Little one was up twice last night 12 and 4:30
Went in at 4:30 -
"sleep in mommy and daddy's bed?"
No sweetie
"sit in chair with mommy?"
No sweetie
"sing me a song?"
Ok, *sings song*
"go down stairs mommy"

And that's that. I don't even really mind, obviously he just needed some comfort. (And I did not go downstairs as my bedroom is upstairs )

While trying to do iron on transfers for a quilt with my son's favorite video game characters...
"What are you doing, Mommy?" "Well, I'm trying to iron these on here so I can make you a blanket." "A PLANTS VS ZOMBIES QUILT?!?" "Yep! They don't sell them, so I was going to make you one." "That's cool!" "I'm glad you think so." "But... I have 2 blankets. The My Little Pony blankie and the dinosaur one. If I had another blankie, I'd be sad."

Neither of those blankets are meant for his room, and we're sleeping under 2 blankets each. He's now playing with the iron-on transfers.

Teach him how to make a fort! You need lots of blankets for that!

Hiding. But I wanted you guys to celebrate our new pets with us! We have lice!!
It’s sad to say, but she’s here because bios can’t handle her. She’s been sweet to me the past two days. Just found out about the lice. I’m using tea tree oil today because I have it. She likes the smell!
