Toddlers are Quackers

I’m not in the mood to write Santa’s thank you letter tonight.
She decided to leave Santa sweet tea and an apple. Santa was going to get into my coffee, but even Duckling knows that I will kill him. So, I had him get himself some hot chocolate, and get into her Cheezits.
Water bowl for the deer, two partially eaten carrots, dirty Santa dishes, and even a crumpled napkin.

The tree is empty without her big gift. She will be so excited about the other gifts though!!

Her one gift to open in the morning.... OH MY GOODNESS!! I have to put out her stocking! Whew! That was close!

She’s been pretty happy since waking. Of course, the other family FaceTimed, and we opened gifts. She’s really happy now.
Her new car has to be right outside her tent. :thumbsup She is already riding it while standing on the seat.

My grandkids were riding the springhorse i got them a few years back , standing on the saddle and jumping up and down! Its a wonder no bones were broken!

my daughter currently has an obsession with driving her tonka truck around the basement as fast as she can, well last night she took a corner too fast and they crashed and rolled
(she stands pushing the truck from behind) she had socks on, i think thats why she slipped, but literally sprawled out rolling across the floor while still holding the tonka truck and rolling....... right into the wood pile. :he a piece stabbed her in the ribs, thank goodness it was the side where her kidney was removed and not her remaining kidney. thank goodness!

good morning abi :hugs

Oh no! I'm glad she's okay, poor kid.

I know some of you choose to continue breastfeeding into the preschool years. I have to ask though. Do the children still wake a few times a night to nurse?
I was so shocked that a 3-yr-old was still waking at all overnight. Let alone repeatedly.
