Toddlers are Quackers

oh, and not all birds with coccidia get blood in their poo, sometimes its a different strain of cocci that attacks higher up in the intestines and you can see the damage

One person has buff and lavender Orpingtons, guineas, and turkeys (plus dogs, sheep, goats, cows, pigs, and rabbits.) The breeder has lavender and chocolate Orpingtons, barred rock, and Easter Eggers (I only know her chicken breeds - never seen her place). They thought Marek's at first, but it was only the lavenders in mixed flocks. I don't remember whether a necropsy was inconclusive or if they hadn't had one done yet.

did you look at that thread i posted?
i wonder what they are feeding, the buff orp in that died from fatty liver stuff
i wonder if their lavs are dying from this too

Looked at the thread. No idea what they are feeding them, and it'd be weird for me to bring it up. It was back in August, and they probably didn't know I heard their conversation (at the farmer's market - I was browsing the customer's booth.)
