Toddlers are Quackers

i have a pic I keep meaning to send to you....

I totally agree it would make it easier. However, I won’t be getting another pet... that I am planning.
No vet bills, no food bills, PetMed bills (flea and tick and heart worm), no dog sitter... no heartbreak when they pass.
Of course you know I say all that to make myself feel okay. I keep hesitating before putting my feet underneath the coffee table because he liked to lay there. I won’t have him to make me laugh, to make me feel less alone when Duckling is asleep or not here. No one to clean up the food I dropped. I’m actually going to have to pick it up myself!!
I love animals. I just don’t think I will get another pet unless Duckling asks.
I don't think I could go without but I totally understand where you are coming from :hugs
That shepherd is very handsome :love
So many people just can't keep up with the Shepherd need for exercise. It is a shame.
and they take so long to mature
The 16-y-o cousin that had a stroke has been doing well with physical therapy. Today she had her skull reattached. :clap
great news!!!

What a great picture! Tell us more about your lovely mount. :pop
@Folly's place and @perchie.girl, I know you both like horses and dressage. :D
He was one of my favorites :love
We called him Biscuit (sea biscuit) I think he was only 6 in that picture and I was only like 14
It was his first dressage event and he was amazing

Shortly there after his owner got rid of him :hit
She liked fancy expensive warmbloods not mitts with unknown lineage
