:D I totally think checking a lo’s bottom is required sometimes. However, I have begun to tease Duckling. She finishes, and says, “wipe me!”
“Do I look like toilet paper?”
“Yes!” she giggles.
“Whaaat?!”
Laughing harder, “yes!”
I look myself up and down.
“Come here, toilet paper, and wipe me!”
Sometimes I think she’s going to fall off the toilet laughing.

It is good that she is back

Duckling wanted paper to paint on...

The very first time my mother told us to go jump in the puddles, we thought she was crazy. But we did, and she was so happy for the break (we walked around the neighborhood for at least an hour!), she didn’t care that she had a heap of wet laundry to wash.
So maybe it’s not totally crazy that since changing the toilet seat (remember the squishy seat I had her put stickers on last year?), I told her to go paint the new one. She declined though. I don’t think she knows I’m serious.
