As children, we only got gum if we were on a long trip, and it was sugar free. I see the logic! So when Duckling requested gum in her Easter piñata, I was lost. She doesn’t get gum from me because she’s not still long enough. She said I gave it to her for Christmas, and it starts with an “S”, maybe a “t” afterwards. She kept giving hints, but I was lost. After a good ten or so minutes, I realized she doesn’t know gum isn’t a candy, so any chewy candy could be it. I tried Laffy Taffy. Then FINALLY STARBURST DUOS!
My head hurts from trying to figure it out.
good morning

At one point, there were several difficult words in a row. I whispered a cheer after each word. She began playing with me by looking up after every word for praise. The thing is, while she was relaxed, and playing, she didn’t hesitate on words. She said each word quickly because she wasn’t overthinking it.
