I just picked up some hens and when I got home I realized that they’re feet looked HORRIBLE. Toe tips missing and entire toes having by a thread. One of the hens is really hesitant to put weight on one foot and it seems very painful. I don’t think there’s much I can do but how can I make them more comfortable?

They gave them away for free because the rest of the flock picked on them. I’ll get pics later. I didn’t know about it before
After their out of the quarantine stage would it be safe to add them to the flock?
Pictures of the whole chickens too please? :)
What do the bottom of their feet look like?

They have a severe case of Scaly Leg Mites. I would keep them quarantined as far away from your existing birds until you get them healed up. Inspect both of them for lice and mites on the body as well - look under the wings, back of neck and vent.

Soak the legs in a warm epsom salts bath, I would lightly scrub the debris with a soft brush. Dry the feet well, then slather on some vaseline. Place them on clean dry bedding.

This is going to take you a while to treat, so prepare for the long haul.
You will need to do daily soaks and vaseline. As the vaseline helps soften those crusts, hopefully they will fall off. The skin underneath may be raw looking, if so, then apply triple antibiotic ointment. The oil/vaseline and the triple antibiotic ointment will help smother the mites.

Take photos as you go and let us see your progress. Toes that look necrotic/about to fall off, those very well may do that.

Observe those birds while they are quarantined. If you note any runny noses, coughing, sneezing, watery/bubbly eyes, facial swelling, etc. then I'm sorry, culling them would be a good idea.
I would not worry about combining them with your others until they are completely healed up, then make your decision.

You may want to read this whole thread -there's some good tips in there - note how long the thread is and the date that it started and ended too.

Thank you!!! I’m not home some days so is it ok if I skip a bath for a day or so?
